To celebrate Spring and the incumbent arrival of the Summer season, CULINARY MISHiEF is proud to invite you to a unique 6 course Balsamic dinner.

Prized in Italy for centuries for its truly distinctive flavor and healing properties, the production of Balsamic vinegar has been surrounded by a seductive aura of mystery since the Middle Ages. With its sweet, pungent aroma and flavor, lends a savory fullness to nearly every dish, from salads to desserts.

Modena, which is where the original Balsamic vinegar comes from, is one of the greatest epicurean centers in all of Italy. Well known for its Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Modena, the local cuisine offers rich and savory dishes made with traditional Italian finesse.

Showcasing culinary creations such as: Jumbo Scallops wrapped with Pancetta, Garlic sautéed Baby Red Chard, Baby Arugula and White Balsamic; Goat Chesse Tortelloni with Dried Orange, Fennel Pollen and 25 years aged Balsamic; and Dry-Rubbed Rib-Eye Steak with Caramelized Potatoes puree and Balsamic reduction the event will take place "Al Fresco" at a private residence in Scottsdale which, we are sure, will entice your senses.

The wonderful setting and unique menu could not be complete without an extraordinary pairing of 6 different wines by the 'Arcadia Fine Wine' sommeliers, ensuring your meal to be a memorable one.

The fee for the tasting menu is $85 per person and it includes appetizers as well as complimentary paired wines. The even will start at 7 p.m.

As always Chef Bertaccini and his Staff look forward to sharing this tribute to one of Italy's signature ingredients with you.
